Shipping policy

You are responsible for getting the item to us for repair.

Drop off to our workshop H.Q.

 You will bring the item directly to our workshop in High Green, Sheffield.

Postage to our workshop H.Q.

You will post the item to our workshop at your own cost. We advise that you use a 'Tracked' or 'Signed For' service to ensure the package can be monitored through the postal service.

Postage back to you.

If you choose the 'Free' return postage option, we will post your item back to you using the 2nd Class 'Signed For' service.

If you choose the 'Insured' postage option, we will post your item back to you using the Special Delivery service, which covers your item up to £500.
