Refund policy

We carry out all our repairs to the best of our ability, to the specification set out within the repair description. If when you receive your item you are not happy with the repair, you will have 14 days in which to notify us. Once notified we will assess the repair and arrange either a re-repair or a refund of the repair cost.

Postage and/or travel costs incurred to and from the workshop are non-refundable.

If an item is to be returned for a re-repair, postage costs are to be covered by you.

Damages and issues
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss while the item is in transit.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 14 days.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
