How it Works
We want to make your repair experience with Sheffield Clothing Repair as simple and smooth as possible, here's a guide to our process:
Pick Your Repairs.
Match up your garment and the type of damage to one of our repair options, and add to your basket.
Select at the checkout how you wish for your item to be returned to you; we can post back for £5, or you can select insured postage for £10, which covers your garment for up to £500. You can also collect your garment in person from our workshop.
When you're ready, confirm and pay for your order, and you will receive an email with an order number.
Post or Drop Your Items to Us.
You are responsible for getting the item to our repair workshop.
You can either drop off personally, or send the garment to us in the post at your cost. If you choose to post direct to us, we would recommend sending the garment either tracked or signed for, to ensure that it can be monitored through the postal service.
Assessment and Repair.
When we receive your garment at our workshop, we will match up your required repairs with the damage we can see and confirm the details with you before proceeding with the repair.
Return After Repair.
At the checkout stage you will have already selected whether you wanted your garment returned by post, or to collect it personally.
If you chose to collect personally, we will confirm when it has been repaired, and that is ready for collection.
If you chose to have your garment posted back to you, we will confirm when it has been repaired, and provide you with a postal tracking number.
